Giuseppe Romano is the Chief Operating Officer and a Founding Partner of Lodestone Wealth. Giuseppe Romano also works closely with senior leadership to align operational strategy with the firm’s long-term vision.

Before co-founding Lodestone Wealth, Giuseppe Romano held senior management roles at a leading U.S. financial institution, where he focused on operational risk, compliance, and client service excellence. His background in both operations and investment management allows him to bridge strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the firm expands internationally.

Giuseppe Romano earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
